Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the dc-bakery.kz website (hereinafter — the “Site”).

1.2. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Koshkarov Asylbek Kasymbekovich, IIN/BIN 810127300096 (hereinafter — the “Operator”). Contact details are provided in section 12.

1.3. The policy was developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection.”

1.4. By using the Site, registering and/or placing an order, the user confirms acceptance of the terms of this Policy.

2.1. Personal data - information relating to a specific subject or determined on the basis of it.

2.2. Processing of personal data - any action with personal data (collection, storage, use, transfer, depersonalization, deletion and other actions).

2.3. Subject - an individual (including a representative of the Buyer), whose personal data is processed.

3.1. The Operator processes the following data: the name of the contact person and the company name (Buyer); phone; email address; delivery address; information about orders and payments; technical data (IP address, cookies, data about the device and visits to the Site).

3.2. The Operator does not collect or store bank card data — card payments are handled on the side of the acquiring bank (payment provider).

4.1. The data is processed for the purposes of: user registration and identification; registration, confirmation and execution of orders; communication with the user regarding orders and complaints; maintaining accounting and tax records and complying with legal requirements; improving the operation of the Site and the quality of service.

5.1. Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the subject, as well as for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (Public offer) and compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.2. Consent is provided by the subject upon registration and/or placing an order and can be revoked in accordance with Section 10.

6.1. The site may use cookies to provide functionality and analytics. The user can disable cookies in the browser settings; in this case, some of the Site’s functions may become unavailable.

7.1. The Operator transfers personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order: to acquiring banks and payment providers — for payment; to messaging and notification services (including WhatsApp) — for order-related communication; to accounting systems (iiko, 1C) — for paperwork and accounting; to delivery services — for delivery; to hosting and infrastructure providers — for the operation of the Site.

7.2. The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties.

8.1. Personal data may be processed and stored on the servers of service providers (hosting, email, infrastructure), including those located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided that the necessary protection measures are provided and/or based on the consent of the subject in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and comply with legal requirements.

9.2. The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

10.1. The subject has the right to: receive information about the processing of their personal data; require it to be corrected, blocked or deleted; and withdraw consent previously given for processing. Requests should be sent to the contact details specified in section 12.

11.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is posted on the Site and takes effect from the moment of posting.
