Payment and delivery

Payment
By bank card online
Visa / Mastercard through the secure payment page of the acquiring bank. Card details are entered on the bank's side and are not stored on the website. Funds are debited at the time of ordering.
By invoice (bank transfer)
For approved B2B clients — on consignment terms of 7 days. Payment is made according to the issued invoice to the Supplier's bank account. Bank details →
Delivery
Free
from 15,000 ₸
1 500 ₸
10,000–15,000 ₸
3 000 ₸
up to 10,000 ₸
For orders over 15,000 ₸ delivery is free.
Orders of 10,000–15,000 ₸ — delivery 1,500 ₸; below 10,000 ₸ — 3,000 ₸.
Method (delivery or pickup) and exact terms are agreed upon when confirming the order by the manager.
Return
Products are perishable. Goods of good quality cannot be returned.
Claims about quantity and quality are accepted only at the moment of acceptance and are recorded in a report. Once the delivery note is signed, claims are no longer considered.
If a manufacturing defect is detected, the Supplier will make a replacement, additional delivery or refund.
Card payments are refunded to the same card within 10 business days of the refund being approved.
