How does payment work?
Payment by invoice (bank transfer) for legal entities and sole proprietors. For new accounts the first orders are on prepayment. Deferred payment and consignment are subject to agreement with the manager.
How to become a client?
Register by phone in your account and submit a request. The manager will confirm your account and grant access to the wholesale catalog with prices and stock. The first order can be placed right after confirmation.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no strict minimum order — you can order any amount. Delivery rates apply: from 15,000 ₸ delivery is free, for orders of 10,000–15,000 ₸ — 1,500 ₸, below 10,000 ₸ — 3,000 ₸.
Where and how soon do you deliver?
Delivery across Almaty. The exact date and method (delivery or pickup) is agreed by the manager when confirming the order. Requests are accepted the day before delivery.
What are the terms for cafes, restaurants and hotels?
We work with HoReCa and shops at wholesale prices. After you register on the site and a manager confirms you, you get access to the catalog with wholesale prices, live stock and order history in your account.
Is deferred payment or consignment available?
Deferred payment and consignment are available by agreement with the manager — specific terms are discussed individually and depend on volume and cooperation history. For new accounts the first orders are placed on prepayment.
What are the shelf life and storage temperature of semi-finished products?
Frozen semi-finished products (pelmeni, manty, samsa, chebureki, syrniki, vareniki) are supplied and stored frozen at a temperature no higher than −18 °C. Exact shelf life is stated on the packaging of each item.
Are your products halal?
Meat is supplied with halal certificates. Check the exact status and labelling for a specific item with the manager — they depend on the product and the production facility.
Do you work with legal entities by invoice?
Yes. For legal entities and sole proprietors we work by bank transfer: we issue an invoice and payment is made to the supplier's bank account. Bank details and payment methods are on the “Contacts and details” page.
